Refund policy

Because each item is made-to-order, Titan Haven products are final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.

If you receive a flawed product:

  1. Contact support@titanhavengroup.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos and your order number.

  3. We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue.

We cannot accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse. Please check size charts carefully before purchase.
